Over the years, he has worked with employees at firms such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, GlaxoSmithKline, Hershey Foods, and Pershing, helping them move confidently toward financial independence in retirement.

Outside of his work designing tax-advantaged retirement plans, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Liz, and their four children. He is also an avid rower and can be found on the Schuylkill River with Masters teams from Undine.
